Front desk manager Cherry Hipolito was very cheerful and welcoming ! Comfortable bed . Rooms were very clean . Newly renovated hotel. Very nice location and accessible. Prime location . Free breakfast daily , very clean with Ms. Yvonne preparing and making sure you get your day started good ! Different menu daily , the area is clean and food is delicious and hot .
The rooms are big and spacious. The staff is friendly, honest and helpful. The breakfast is pretty yummy and abundant. Room service is quick and the whole scenery is pretty chill. There arent any balconies but you can open the window.
The workers are very attentive, the breakfast is good, everything is very clean and well organized, but the rooms are old and need remodeling. They need bigger beds, but it's a good place to stay
The place is very clean well maintained. Room is spacious only thing is the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and I had to jiggle the water tube inside the toilet tank so it will refill the tank. most people are friendly especially the breakfast person. Enjoyed the visit.
The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. There is food around the location, but it is a hit or miss so just be careful where you are going to eat overall, I was very satisfied
It was an incredible experience. Everyone is very friendly. We rented a studio, which was very clean, had a super-large closet, microwave, and refrigerator, and the beds were super comfortable and the towels were soft. Breakfast was included, delicious, and the best part was they had a lot of variety. I loved the vegetarian breakfast. The person cleaning the buffet was a kind and pleasant lady. I just want to say that if you're looking for a good hotel in Tampa, this is your hotel.
It's an older hotel. Rooms are clean, and beds are super comfortable. Slept great! Staff was very nice! Kudos to Yvonne! She was great! Made reservations two months ago, and rooms are a little pricey. It was pretty quiet the first night. A sports team came in, then it wasn't. Overall, good experience!
